Introduction - December 2004

Whoo! After a week and a half of college examinations, I have finally come to type my monthly introduction today, December 17th 2004. It's only a week and a day before Christmas arrives (at the time I'm typing this, of course), and I'm looking forward to a lot of things before then. Here is the list of things to do during the holidays:

- Rent Will Ferrell's Elf

- Buy myself a brand-new Bible (any version will do)

- Reflect on my past behaviour and habits this past year (my New Year's resolution had better work--no telling!)

- Take time to study my books more

- And, yes, watch Aladdin on the video player

I have enjoyed many such holidays in the past, but will this be my best? It is then that I am willing to finish my Hail, Itassi novella after weeks of postponement, after which I will start work on the first five chapters of another one, this time set in both Dominica and an Indian Ocean island called Mauritius. As for other writing projects, a children's book might begin sometime near Carnival, as well as the possible commencement of Nocturne (of which no plot has been set).

Yes, call me crazy, but I am handling more things than any average college student ever could. Writer, mapmaker, movie analyst, and (yes) student--it's all in a year's work.

Even I am moving steps towards trademarking the domain "Colretton"--something of which such like I have never heard locals do. Tomorrow, the 18th, I am inquiring the Roseau Public Library on where to get it registered.

Sorry, but I'm all out of time and space. However, I urge you all to keep coming back for more--even movie summaries from the list that I keep compiling and updating at IMDb.

In the meantime, have a happy holiday season--and in the name of the Lord!

A.M.D.G. - To the greater glory of God.
